Leadership is about bringing people together around a vision and achieving it as a team. But how can a trusting and supportive work environment be created – one in which individuals feel valued, collaborate effectively, and enjoy their work?

Leadership also involves taking responsibility – not only for one’s own actions, but also for the development and success of the team. What does it take to build and guide a successful team? And how can others be motivated and inspired to achieve strong results without creating pressure or overload?

This workshop offers space to explore personal leadership potential and develop individual approaches to key leadership challenges. In a supportive environment, participants are encouraged to experiment, reflect, and identify where, how, and with whom leadership skills can best be developed.

Participants will:

  • Explore five core characteristics of effective leadership
  • Recognize group dynamics and reflect on personal behavior in leadership roles
  • Learn how to build and maintain authentic, appreciative professional relationships
  • Practice defining inspiring visions and implementing them collaboratively
  • Gain tools for addressing and resolving team challenges in a constructive, process-oriented manner
